Zillya Antivirus Free 2.0.1075.0 GUI starts very slowly and can't start its protection

After installing Zillya Antivirus and reboot the services of program (AVAux and AVCore) starts correctly, but the GUI and the tray icon won't start during the long time and loads CPU on 100% and more, only after ~5 minutes it starts, but the security is turned off. If try to turn on the protection, nothing happens. It is reproducable only after the first updating of the virus database and reboot again. Installing the fltmgr driver has no avail for me.
