msi-setup of LibreOffice 5.1.1.3 fails to display some pictures in dlg

0.4.8-RC-16-gaf545fe (If I remember correctly the same also happened with 0.4.7rls already)

LibreOffice 5.1.1.3 msi setup from rapps.

The setup misses to draw a picture at the left at start and end of setup:
0.4.8-RC-16-gaf545fe_noLeftPic.png vs
2k3sp2_properLeftPic.png

and also does not draw the pic at the top (header) during setup:
2k3sp2_topPicAlsoMissing.png vs ros_notop.png

The last 5lines of 0.4.8-RC-16-gaf545fe__LibreOffice5.1.1.3_msipic.log seem heavily related.
