Description
0.4.8-RC-16-gaf545fe gcc dbg
I had a totally virgin third stage bootup (right after ros-setup).
I really did nothing beside what's written below:
I installed AC97 driver via rapps.
I assumed installing AC97 having been successful.
Maybe 30seconds after that I tried to download "LibreOffice 5.4.3.2" via rapps.
During the download I got a BSOD 0x19 BAD_POOL_HEADER.

Either AC97 (portcls) may interfere TCP/IP here, or TCP/IP can induce it itself.
------------------
When I retried a second time upon fresh ros-install the download succeeded.
success.log
BeyondComparing success.log & 0.4.8-RC-16-gaf545fe_BSOD0x19.log is convenient, but did not tell me much beside changed adresses.
Feel free to resolve as CannotReproduce a month from now.
