"Mono .NET Development Framework" 4.2.3.4 from rapps msi setup draws wrong background colour behind checkbox

ros 0.4.8-RC-24-g795c7f7 gcc dbg
but ros 0.4.7RC1 gcc dbg was affected as well.

Start the setup from rapps.
In the picture, it is very likely that the background colour of the checkbox actually should be white.

That's a msi setup.

Dragging the window out of the screen and back does not change anything on how that background is drawn.
