Server 2003 uxtheme.dll causes every application to show an application error upon exiting.

I tried replacing uxtheme.dll with the one from Server 2003. This causes literally every single application in the system to show an error upon exiting. Note, it does not crash any of the programs. It merely makes them show an error when they do close. The error is:
