LDR issue? - Uninstalling Python 3.4.3 hangs with a black window and logs (trying to get procedure _OPENSSL_isservice)

This is perfectly reproducible.

Steps to reproduce:
-download and install Python 3.4.3 from rapps with default settings
-run uninstaller and select "remove Python" option

The uninstaller will hang endlessly showing a black window:

python_uninstall.log complains about:

(../../dll/ntdll/ldr/ldrutils.c:2348) Image python.exe has no exports, but were trying to get procedure _OPENSSL_isservice. BaseAddress asked 0x1D000000, got entry BA 0x1D000000
