Microsoft Excel 2000 SP3 dies with unhandled exception after startup (if Office 2000 was installed with default settings)

0.4.8-RC-25-g11bf8fa gcc dbg affected.

Microsoft Office 2000 SP3, install everything leaving defaults.

Just start Excel app, it will immediately crash with unhandled exception:
excel.png
excel.log

It does not matter whether you start via app-icon or via a sample xls.

It can be worked around by deselecting an (unknown) specific component during Office setup.

Btw fm20.dll is Windows forms 2.0 dll file version: 2.1.9922.1. it is part of the office shipment.
