HP EliteBook 8470P: USB not working, although driver reported operational

    Description

      Setting: Hardware HP EliteBook 8470P, ROS 0.4.9-dev304 bootcd, Driver CD with uncompressed sp59259 driver from the HP drivers website.

      Device status reports driver operating, but the driver details lists a file that does not exist: C:\ReactOS\System32\drivers\usbport.sys. Installing the Intel chipset driver installer does not resolve.

      USB memory stick, mouse and keyboard do not work, not even powered.
