Major Description
The ReactOS Installer 4.05 works correctly, but with him someone MSI packages can't install correctly, after installing MSXML 3.0/6.0 Parsers too. For example I used a MSI installer of Comodo Internet Security 7.0, which I extracted from Comodo Firewall 7.0.317799 exe installer, downloaded here: https://www.filehorse.com/download/file/hXF2sCJYXlA8lP4TOx6-BrK42U23VM1S-BonnXM_c_U/.
With Windows Installer 3.01.4000.3959 (from Server 2003) or the similar version from the update for Windows: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=16821 extracted manually, neither *.msi files can't run due to memory error 0x00000001.
For reproducing this bug I replaced these files:
msi.dll
msiexec.exe
msihnd.dll
msimsg.dll
msisip.dll
and executed regsvr32 for each of them.
Finally I runned msiexec /unregister, and then msiexec /regserver, for re-registering the MSIexec service, and rebooted the system. After these steps Windows Installer is installed and displays help dialog normally, but he can't run MSI's.
P.S.: In Wine 3.4 it works and installs msi packages correctly.
