zipfldr silently fails to extract files in non existing path

Select a zip file, right click on it and select "Extract all...".
In the wizard, enter a path that doesn't exist like: "C:\Tmp" on fresh install.
Wizard will start the extraction without error; at least progress bar will go up to the middle.
Once middle is reached, nothing will happen anymore.
Extraction will never end, and looking at the parent directory will show that nothing was created nor extracted.
