      AppVeyor build on top of 0.4.9-dev-701-gb3ff4f5:

      1. Start a VM.
      1r, VirtualPC 2004. Immediate blue background screen, no text, zero log, cpu=100% forever.
      1r, QEmu. A bit better: it displays the actual FreeLoader error text too.

      ReactOS can compile a bootcd with Clang, and it boots to shell

      so this would look like a regression, with a 3.5-year time frame.
