Internet Explorer 8 setup makes ros die in endless GUI recursion

This is reproducible.

Reproduction steps:

• run attached qip8095.exe and do not deselect to run IE8 setup Edit: do not longer use the QIP installer, but instead use the standalone IE8 setup from here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/7/5/0/7507EBD5-0193-4B7F-9F14-9014C7EB5C67/IE8-WindowsServer2003-x86-ENU.exe

-when the IE8 setup is started already and requests you to accept its EULA, click Cancel.

The program will run into an endless loop instead of closing the installer, like in

0.4.9-dev-718-gaba6ce5_IE8SetupCancel-EndlessLoop.webm

While it's looping, nothing gets logged, still here is
0.4.9-dev-718-gaba6ce5.log

No escaping possible via taskmgr, nor via Alt-F4.
ACPI shutdown will work, but will take some time.
