Visual Basic 6 Professional Installer Fails

Using the ReactOS Release 0.4.8 running the VB6 Pro Installer fails. This will not allow a continue from the debugger and on reboot, the desktop cannot be reached which may indicate a registry corruption. Debug Log with Log2Lines output and Screen Shot attached. Also tested on the latest trunk build with the same results. This fails very early in the setup phase with only the following files needed from the CD to reproduce this failure:

1. Setup.exe (528K)
2. Setupwiz.ini (1K)
3. Setup\Vb98pro.stf (120K)
