Network Connections shell not responding when connection properties is open

    Description

      I set up a 2nd NIC in VBox.

      It's not possible to display properties of both two connections from Network Connections shell window, it becomes unresponsive.

      If you open any other additional window from network adapter status window, like Properties or Connection Details, the shell window then will fail to redraw its contents (see screenshot).

      Initially tested on ReactOS 0.4.8, still actual in 0.4.15-dev-994-ga9f60321f0.

      Note that the problem is not reproduced when you invoke network adapter status window from the system tray.
