GetFinalPathNameByHandleW is unimplemented

    Description

      This is an NT 6.0 and above API that stops, from what I know, at least Filezilla's latest version 3.30, and I'm sure a whole host of other applications, from running at the moment. While it is unimplemented, GetFinalPathNameByHandleA is, though that function utilizes this one so in reality neither are implemented.
