Winfile 10 don't run in ReactOS

    Description

      (dll/ntdll/ldr/ldrutils.c:2348) Image Winfile.exe has no exports, but were trying to get procedure RegisterPenApp. BaseAddress asked 0x00400000, got entry BA 0x00400000
      (dll/ntdll/ldr/ldrinit.c:1134) We don't support FLS Data yet

      For it need to install ms visual c++ redistributable 2015.
