    Description

      Hi

      I tested COM1 port on many systems ReactOS (0.4.3... 0.4.8, 0.4.9 Build BootCD LiveCD), only on ReactOS 0.4.9 LiveCD and only in Safe Mode, is COM1 working ,
      also my test program is ok.

      Can you, please, tell me how to run the port on the Boot CD system
