VFD and VCD-ROM explorer functions

I see that only VFD console program was included in System32, but what about the graphic part of this program?

Is was not the idea to add complete VFD into ReactOS?

I also see that native virtual CD-ROM is a console program in System32.

It is better to have an explorer functions that makes virtual floppies and virtual CD-ROM and DVD-ROM (and in a future virtual USB disks) in an easy and intuitive  'out-of-the-box' way .
