ReactOS immediately hangs after trying to change the system disk label

If try to change the label of Local Disk C:\ from empty to any text (for example I tried "System"), after typing the label name and pressing the "Apply" button, the system immediately hangs with assertion in ntoskrnl and following entering kdb:
