CC-assertion when installing Chrome 40.0.2214.115 (without having had an unclean shutdown before)

0.4.9-RC-23-g519cdd3 gcc dbg (which is in sync with master 0.4.10-dev-80-gd65c0d5 regarding NTOSKRNL:CC & FASTFAT)

on VBox 4.3.40

I installed Chrome 40.0.2214.115 http://api.256file.com/40.0.2214.115_chrome_installer.exe/m-download-372967.html

Chrome launches automatically after installation (without --no-sandbox).
Two tabs open up by default, when I clicked the second, I caught an
cc assertion.

I took backtraces, and many followed up, I ignored them.
System and application, both survived.
