All versions of reactOS down to at least 0.4.0 were affected (I did not open a ticket for the issue earlier, because up to now a similar issue for other app existed, but I currently can not longer reproduce that, so we need a new one for Miranda)

(older versions of Miranda like 0.10.21 are not affected as they use older MSVR)
