Hiawatha 9.15 from rapps reliably asserts in kernel32.dll

Hiawatha 9.15 from rapps.

The application can be run via Hiawatha.bat and the server is accessible as well from browsers.

However if you close that console window via top right x or by pressing ctrl+c
we get a reliable assertion within kernel32.dll
