Reproducible crash (rapps) or assert (ReactOS) when clicking the link in rapps

Rapps might crash when clicking the link under application's description. To reproduce this issue, choose a random application, click the link and copy it to clipboard, then choose another application and again click the link and copy it to clipboard, and repeat until you hit the crash or assertion.
