The "IconResource" entry of desktop.ini won't work correctly

    Description

      The "IconResource" entry of the desktop.ini file in a system folder should set the folder icon correctly.

      [.ShellClassInfo]
      		 
      IconResource=%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-16

      The target is "dll/win32/shell32/CExtractIcon.cpp" and/or "dll/win32/shell32/folders/CFSFolder.cpp".
