Volume increase/decrease does not work

    Description

      Volume increase/decrease feature does not work properly in some 3rd-party apps (Fox Audio Player 0.10.2 from Rapps and Winamp 2.95 with WaveOut plugin, available at http://www.oldversion.com/windows/download/winamp-2-95), since we don't have a volume changing functionality in audio stack implemented yet.
      Reported against 0.4.15-dev-8058-ga7cbb60.
