Regression - fastfat assertion when trying to install Avira Antivir 6

      0.4.10-dev-308-g73194a8

      I intended to retest
      "Avira Antivir Personal 6.35.00.243" from http://www.oldversion.com/windows/avira-antivir-6-35-00-243

      When I passed this screen av6.png
      I got a repeated fastfat assertion during setup react.log

      *** Assertion failed: PathNameU->Length >= sizeof(WCHAR) && PathNameU->Buffer[0] == L'\\'

      That assertion did not happen in my last test before in ros rev 0.4.9-dev-787-g7673837 gcc dbg (which CORE-14618 proves).
      I suspect a regression therefore.
