Bitmap in display properties drawn incorrectly in 24-bit display mode

    Description

      When using a 24-bit display mode, the bitmap of the LCD monitor thing on the Display Properties dialog (right click on desktop, Properties) is drawn incorrectly.

      I would guess that this is a deeper bug not really related to the shell, but this is the only place I've seen it show up.

      Tested using 0.3.0 RC1 QEMU package
