(very poor reproducibility) SciTE 4.0.5 from rapps does not properly create path in desktop shortcut (missing backsklash)

Scite 4.0.5 from rapps

The rapps link has been updated on 2018-06-13 to 4.0.5 which now offers a new msi setup. The older link was not affected and therefore the problem has not been communicated earlier. Nothing is speaking for a ros regression here.

The setup creates the path to scite.exe wrong, it lacks a backslash before filename

react.log covers the setup process (a bit before eof!)

Therefore we have no icon and also can not start the app via desktop link.

I did not double-check yet, whether it works properly on 2k3sp2!
