Steamcmd fails on start

    Description

      I'm trying to run steam command line client, but getting an error.

      ReactOS version: 0.4.10-dev-359-g7572ff0-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Download and extract steamcmd binary
      2. Run steamcmd.exe from command prompt
      3. Wait for client download
      4. Get an error
