Realtek HD Audio driver not installing

Driver: Realtek HD Audio Codec

Version: R2.74 for Windows 2000/XP/2003

ReactOS releases tested on: 0.4.8 and 0.4.9

When trying to install the audio driver, the file copying process seems to go well, but the program hangs upon the "Please wait" screen.

I have also tried installing the driver via the Device Manager. There is a "High Definition Audio Driver" under System devices which seems to be more like a dummy driver or something, but it won't detect the INF file from the Realtek driver.
