    Description

      "System Management BIOS Driver" stores ACPI, firmware, and DMI/SMBIOS dumps and strings in the registry to allow user mode programs access them.

      EnumSystemFirmwareTables and GetSystemFirmwareTable API functions are currently depend on the registry hack, which is implemented in i8042prt driver (see hwhacks.c line 227 and PR #714).
