Plop Boot Manager bootloader support in ReactOS FreeLdr

I request add the following function:

Plop Boot Manager bootloader be recognized in ReactOS freeldr and coexist toguether.

ReactOS does not recognize Plop bootloader yet so installing Plop (from its CD) first does not make it usable, but installing Plop after install ReactOS works booting by Plop bootloader.
