Java 7 u65 fails to install

    Description

      Java (JRE) 7 u65 no longer installs successfully.

      Bisecting found that the issue started with d4b4da5. This is also reflected in the debug log:

      err:(win32/advapi32/misc/logon.c:186) RtlAdjustPrivilege(SE_ASSIGNPRIMARYTOKEN_PRIVILEGE) failed, Status 0xc0000061
