Description
When trying to scan the "C:\" Drive in ReactOS using ClamWin Anti Virus 0.99.4 it fails to gain access to the files. The ClamWin Anti Virus scan log finishes with the error "Error Scanning C:\: Access Is Denied." A debug log and a screenshot will follow shortly.
