Unhidden for me by 0.4.9-dev-762-g94ead99 - missing "sunken edge" in 2nd stage download progress bar

    Description

      During 2nd stage setup when Gecko is downloaded, there is a progress bar.

      Expected result
      progress par shows a sunken edge, like 0.4.9-dev-230-g1bcc1c2__1_sunkenEdgeOK.png

      Observed result
      progress bar lacks sunken edge, like 0.4.9-dev-886-gcfb8f97__noSunkenEdge.png

      sunkenEdgeRegressiontest.txt blames 0.4.9-dev-762-g94ead99 as unhider, but shows also much older builds being affected. This seems to be sporadic (and timing related).
