RosBE 'ssvn create' fails reliably in middle of checkout, but manual 'svn checkout' works

0.4.10-dev-604-g53985bf gcc (both: win&linux) dbg (but it happened in official 0.4.9rls exactly the same)

outdated RosBE2.1.5

When I check out via SVN, the command
'SSVN create' starts to checkout, but after maybe the middle of checkout
it fails with

0.4.10-dev-604-g53985bf__ssvnCreateFails.log

Contrary when I use 'svn checkout svn://svn.reactos.org/reactos/trunk/reactos' instead, it will complete the checkout.

This is reproducible, I tried that more than 10 times and it always fails
This is most likely a ros CORE bug and no RosBE bug.
It might be related to our network or schannel/encryption stack,
I know this is not our primary way to build anymore, still I want that to work.
