Incorrect text cursor position

    Description

      Text cursor in some programs has incorrect position (cursor shifted for two or three pixels to the left or maybe whole text shifted to the right...)

      In addition, you can see that the cursor is shifted up and touches the upper boundary of the fields.

      Please see comparison for same programs in Win10 and ReactOS:
