Magnify > "Level" parameter does not work properly

Steps:

1. Run Magnify (Start > Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Magnify)
2. Change level

Expected: the magnification ratio changed according to changed "level "parameter

Actual: the magnification ratio did not change:

The magnification ratio change will be applied only after program restart.

Please note: other parameters change applied immediately (without "OK" pressing or restart)
