Major Description
Patch to allow "Help Topics" to work in ReactOS Calculator if "calc.chm" is added to modules/optional directory. An English calc.chm file is attached from Carlo Bramini's SourceForge project for testing purposes.
Note: This patch works around the failure of the HtmlHelp function to expand environment variables by doing it manually in the code before calling HtmlHelp which allows this code to work correctly in both Windows Server 2003 and ReactOS.
