Spek UI Glitch

    Description

      Part of the program window is glitched around the graphical buttons.
      Software site: http://spek.cc/

      Another issue is that *.OGG audio file is not rendered to spectrograph as *.DAT (wav pcm) file.
      This may be the lack of some ffmpeg libraries expected in the system but spek works normaly on clean windows.
      I attach WinDBG log and a clip showing UI glitch.
