WSUS Offline Update 9.2.4 can't find the Temp directory

Download it here: http://download.wsusoffline.net/wsusoffline924.zip

Extract to any directory and go to it.

Launch UpdateGenerator.exe, select any language-specific version of updates for w2k3 and then click Start.

After this, will open Command Prompt and should to start downloading the system updates, and in w2k3 it starts correctly. In ReactOS, appears an error that the directory C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp not found.
