Deadlock when opening multiple sites in New Moon (a fork of Pale Moon for Windows XP)

When I open multiple sites in tabs, it eventually deadlocks. I have replicated it in Safe Mode and am attaching a debug log.

EDIT: I haven't been able to replicate it yet. When I do, I'll attach a debug log.
