ReactOS fails to boot with 3rd party Intel AHCI driver

    Description

      I have tried to boot ReactOS from AHCI drive using the 3rd party Intel driver from there (first download link). This driver works fine under Windows XP/2003. The UniATA driver was disabled. Tested on VirtualBox 5.2.4.
