SEAL: Travelers of Destiny doesn't run properly

    Description

      ReactOS Version: 0.4.11-dev-164

      When I try to run it directly or via its configuration program, the screen turns black and then shows the taskbar with it listed and then it just hangs until I press ESC. A debug log is attached.
