APC_INDEX_MISMATCH BSOD when copying a large file multiple times

    Description

      ReactOS Version: 0.4.11-dev-199
      Filesystem: FAT32

      When I copy the 4 GB dummy file that I made with the program (dummy.exe) in the attached zip 3 times (with the names being dummy2, dummy3, and dummy4) via the Command Prompt, an APC_INDEX_MISMATCH BSOD occurs after they have been copied for a while. The debug log is also attached.
