CCleaner 5.43.6522 reproducibly crashes when Cleaning

CCleaner 5.43.6522 from rapps
0.4.10-RC-25-gc828fce

It reproducibly crashes for me when
-Start the app
-click analyze
-then click "run cleaner"

It presents a crashbox and log complains about

(../../dll/win32/kernel32/client/loader.c:384) LoadLibraryExW(atlthunk.dll) failing with status c0000135

It could be a regression, because I was able to complete that action successfully in earlier tests, but those were older versions of that app! So we are not sure, whether ros regressed here actually.
