Code Blocks 17.12 about-dlg, position jumping leads to control duplication due to redraw issue

I did never notice this when testing CodeBlock with older releases, but please keep in mind that Code Blocks was updated to 17.12 since my last test, so it could be the app does stuff differently now. Not sure.

-Open the about tab
-When I click the register tabs, suddenly the positions of GUI elements do jump (which is ok) and a redraw issue leads to a duplication of the register tabs (which is not ok)
