Paravirtualized network (virtio-net) driver is spamming the debug log

    Description

      ReactOS Version: 0.4.11-dev-0c122589

      When I configure VirtualBox to use it as the Adapter Type and boot into Debug Mode, the debug log is spammed with a bunch of messages regarding the mentioned driver when I browse the Internet and download a file via K-Meleon. A debug log is attached.
