FarManager 3.0 build 5200 setup, edit control text is not centered in y, because edit is too large in y

In the past I thought this would be related to the wrong size of the msi dialogs.
But those are fixed now and one problem persists: edit control text is not centered in y, because the edit is drawn too large in y

It's an old bug and was not recently introduced, but I need an own ticket for that now.
