Launching Netscape Navigator 9.0.0.6 makes Tahoma font bold in the whole system until next reboot

After launching Netscape Navigator 9.0.0.6 and opening "Accept Certificate" dialog when loading the start page, Tahoma font becames Bold everywhere, except the menubars of ReactOS's default apps, like Notepad, Paint, Calc, Task Manager etc, menubars of some third-party apps, like 7-Zip 18.05 and sometimes context menus. The taskbar and the main Start menu items are affected only after restarting explorer.exe from taskmgr. After closing the browser, the bug does not disappear. After reboot (sometimes may appear a BSOD win32k.sys at reboot if Netscape was launched before, but it's another issue), the bug disappears and Tahoma becames Normal instead of Bold again until the next Netscape Navigartor launching.
